What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address, name, and a securely hashed password. If you use a tool that requires a file upload (PDF, image, etc.), that file is temporarily stored so we can process it and give you back a result — we retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill your request and clear it out afterward. We do not read, share, or sell the contents of files you upload.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal cookies required for the site to function (such as keeping you signed in). If we run analytics or advertising (for example, Google AdSense), those services may set their own cookies to measure traffic or show relevant ads — governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not ours.
How we use your data
Account data is used to let you log in, keep track of your favorites and tool history, and secure your account. Uploaded files are used solely to generate the output you requested. We don't use either for advertising targeting without telling you first.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings, which removes your stored account data. If you'd like a copy of your data or have it deleted manually, contact us at the address below.
Children's privacy
FutureHub Tools is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
